Carlson Real Estate Company developed this NAIOP award-winning 65,000 square foot two-story building in 1996, and is located within the heart of Carlson Center. This brick and glass building is situated on a heavily wooded site with natural wetlands within the Carlson Center campus, and has convenient access to Interstates 494 and 394. Carlson Real Estate continues to manage this building.
