Carlson to Break Ground on Plymouth Office Condo

Carlson Real Estate Co. is set to break ground on Town Center Office Plaza, a 56,160 square foot office condo building at 3500 –3600 Plymouth Blvd. in Plymouth. The project, which will offer ownership opportunities for users as small as 3,120 square feet, was approved by the Plymouth City Council in recent weeks and is scheduled for delivery this fall, according to Carlson Real Estate president Matt Van Slooten.
