Kate-Lo Tile & Stone signs long-term lease
at Carlson Business Center

Carlson Real Estate Company is pleased to announce that Kate-Lo Tile & Stone, a division of Olympia Tile (USA), Inc. has signed a lease for 25,834 square feet at Carlson Business Center in Plymouth, MN.

Kate-Lo Tile & Stone (www.KateLoTile.com), a supplier of natural stone and ceramic tile primarily to the Midwest and Canada, is moving their Plymouth showroom to the Carlson Business Center. They have five other showrooms in Minnesota and Iowa.

"The highly visible location and upscale showroom should be a benefit for Kate-Lo and is complimentary to Cartier Lighting and other businesses in the Park" said Matt Van Slooten, president of Carlson Real Estate Company.

Kate-Lo was represented by Paul Bickford and Scott Frederiksen of Welsh Companies. Carlson Real Estate Company was represented by Scott Kummel of Northstar Partners.

Carlson Business Center is part of Carlson Center, the award-winning mixed-use development at I-394 and I-494 in Minnetonka and Plymouth, Minnesota.
