Three New Tenants at Carlson Center

MINNETONKA, Minn. (November 10, 2004) -- Carlson Real Estate Company is pleased to announce three new leases signed within the Carlson Center Office portfolio. Novus Print Media will be moving into 27,477 square feet at Two Carlson Parkway; TOLD Development will also occupy Two Carlson Parkway in 4,055 square feet; Tonka Bay Equity Partners signed a lease for 2,740 square feet at 301 Carlson Parkway.

Shannon Rusk and Doug Fulton of Northstar Partners represented Novus Print Media (www.novusprintmedia.com), a print-media purchasing company that will be relocating their corporate offices to Two Carlson Parkway.

Brian Helmken with CB Richard Ellis represented TOLD.

Suzanne Grimm with CRESA Partners represented Tonka Bay Equity Partners.

Jim Freytag and David Marschinke with CB Richard Ellis represented Carlson Real Estate Company in all three of these lease transactions.
