Carlson Real Estate Company Announces New Leases Signed In The West Valley.
November 12, 2007—Phoenix, AZ—
Carlson Real Estate Company has finalized several new leases at West 101 Business Center and 99th Avenue Business Center in the West Valley.

Schaller Anderson, one of Carlson Real Estate Company’s largest tenants at Cotton Center, has sought additional space at West 101 Business Center and will occupy 8,113 square feet for administrative offices. This further confirms that Carlson Real Estate Company is committed to maintaining valuable, long-lasting relationships with our tenants.

Also new to West 101 Business Center is Brinks Home Security. Brinks will occupy 4,869 square feet of office space. Brinks Home Security is a company with a continued legacy as a security systems supplier that provides reliable security for home and business security systems, and builder security and technology solutions.

AZ Pro Signs has signed a lease for 6,606 square feet of office/warehouse space at 99th Avenue Business Center. AZ Pro Signs started in 2004 as a leader in the trucking industry and now extends its services offering signs, vehicle wraps, banners, posters, Aframe signs, auto graphics, truck lettering, and logos in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
