November 12, 2007—Phoenix, AZ—Carlson Real Estate Company has finalized several new leases at West 101 Business Center and 99th Avenue Business Center in the West Valley.
Schaller Anderson, one of Carlson Real Estate Company’s largest tenants at Cotton Center, has sought additional space at West 101 Business Center and will occupy 8,113 square feet for administrative offices. This further confirms that Carlson Real Estate Company is committed to maintaining valuable, long-lasting relationships with our tenants.
